Are you ready for Christmas? I have to admit, I am starting to panic. I have not finished my shopping and this year I am catering for six at Christmas dinner. I keep telling myself that it is just a day but we always get swept up in the festivities that we panic thinking everything must be just right.
Tomorrow I have set aside time to go and do some last minute shopping and have already made my lists of what I need to get so it should be a simple task. I am always excited to visit The Works as they always have plenty of stocking fillers and gifts ideas which keep children entertained.
The Works Christmas Shop is a fantastic as it is full of arts and crafts supplies for making your own gifts, cards or even buying kits and embellishments for the people in your life who love to craft. I lost myself for ages on the website looking at decorate yourself words cut from MDF and memory boxes which would be a great gift to your other half as you can fill it full of keepsakes from your first dates.
If you do not feel like battling the high street just now with the frantic Christmas shoppers, if you order on the website tonight (19th) before midnight you will get everything delivered for Christmas. Make sure when you visit the website that you check out the other Christmas gifts like two for £10 and ideas for hampers. Of course there are plenty of books to be had too, and everyone loves the gift of reading. I am always surprised at how reasonably priced items are in The Works too.
I will be buying myself a Christmas and birthday present through The Works soon to stock up my craft cupboard. Anyone who crafts knows you can never have too many craft items, especially at Christmas!
Have you made Christmas cards this year or will you be making thank you cards with the children in the holidays? I would love for you to share your craft creations over on my Facebook page.
